Summary
We are looking for a Restoration Warehouse Manager who is mechanically inclined and can assist with maintaining our Equipment and Vehicle Fleet. Besides supervising staff, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for material and equipment-related distribution procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.
- Maintains physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing a cleaning schedule.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling time appropriately.
- Improves staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
- Minimum of 2 years as a warehouse manager
- Experience operating a forklift

- Proficient with computers and knowledge of general software and applications
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Understanding of safety rules
- Mechanically inclined
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Walking and/or standing throughout the day
- Exposed to high noise levels in the warehouse
- Occasionally climbing ladders
- Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat or cold
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local.
