Responsibilities:


Are you a sports and betting enthusiast who thrives on socializing and networking with like-minded bettors? Do you have a passion for engaging with high-stakes players and providing them with exceptional gaming experiences? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
As our VIP Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to attract and delight high-value sports betting and casino VIP clients. This role is multifaceted and dynamic, giving you the autonomy to develop and execute your own acquisition strategies. You’ll be the driving force behind expanding our VIP player base, using your deep understanding of the betting landscape and your extensive network to identify and onboard new high-value clients




Key Areas of Focus:



  • VIP Casino & Sports Players customer acquisition

  • Works directly with the VIP, Promotion & Operational Teams to maintain player activity and ensure smooth onboarding experience

  • Communicates with players via calls, emails and text communicating promotions and features

  • Provides excellent customer service

  • Is analytical in observing customer behavior and quickly reacting to satisfy both customer and business needs

  • Provides constructive feedback for continuous operational

  • Attends in-person hosting engagements as needed




Qualifications:


The VIP Business Development Manager is primarily an out-of-office position with the expectation that this candidate will be working during non-normal business hours.  This candidate must have the ability to work independently.



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Expert knowledge and interest in online gambling and/or sports industry: real-money betting, sportsbook odds, casino and poker, internet applications, payment processing and basic tech support

  • Ability to learn and apply applicable AGCO acquisition and inducement guidelines

  • Communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.

  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, multi-task cultural, dynamic environment

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Self-starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business and workgroup needs
