About this Role


We are looking for experienced telesales superstars to assist with nurturing leads into sales and delivering exceptional customer service.


You will be energetic, highly motivated and well organised in order to increase sales and achieve targets. Your ability to build trust over the phone, listen actively, overcome objections and close the sale will be integral to your success.


In a nutshell, you will offer pain-management solutions to potential customers, explain our product range and benefits, submit finance applications on their behalf and record relevant data on our CRM.

Requirements

Skills & Requirements



  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales or telemarketing role with specific KPI's to achieve,

  • Minimum 1 year experience building rapport with customers and identifying their needs and interests,

  • Minimum 1 year experience dealing with difficult customers,

  • Minimum 1 year experience with basic IT equipment and CRM software (we use Zoho), 

  • Ability to learn quickly from mistakes, self-motivate and adapt to change,

  • Ability to be coachable and apply feedback to performance metrics,

  • Ability to be solutions focused, overcome objections and endure mental challenges,

  • Ability to work autonomously and identify gaps in knowledge or expertise for continual learning.
