Technology Business Analyst

Summary/Objectives

This is an in-person position based in Oswego/Syracuse, NY, USA

Develop and maintain data analysis routines on banking processes and identify areas for improvement through technology and resources. Collaborate to implement new systems or enhance existing ones. Assist with optimizing banking operations through data analysis and system enhancements. Represent technology areas in bank-wide analyst group.

Essential Functions

1. Identify key channel metrics and develop reporting of information
2. Coordinate Disaster Recovery tests
3. Act as coordinator for Information Technology audits and other assessments
4. Prepare material for Board level committees 
5. Analyze and develop workflows for efficiency and resiliency
6. Analyze bank customer statistics
7. Data analytics

• Associates degree in data management, logistics, operations/production management or other analytical area of study
• Minimum 3 years working with data/statistics

• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
