Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design:
    • Work with clients to analyze requirements, define workflows, and design a Payments Hub solution aligned with industry standards like ISO 20022, ACH, and RTP.
    • Develop end-to-end solutions using Oracle Banking Cloud Services Payments module to address ACH, Fedwire, check clearing, and P2P payment needs.
    • Ensure the solution meets compliance requirements and adapts to evolving regulatory and market trends.
  • Implementation and Configuration:
    • Lead the configuration of Oracle Banking Cloud Services Payments module, ensuring alignment with client-specific needs.
    • Integrate the SaaS solution with existing banking systems and third-party applications for seamless payment processing.
    • Implement payment functionalities and Payment Hub capabilities, to enable diverse payment options.
  • Subject Matter Expertise:
    • Provide expertise on payment systems such as ACH, Fedwire, RTP and emerging payment standards.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry-specific formatting and messaging standards.
    • Address technical and functional issues during implementation, offering innovative solutions to client challenges.
  • Client Engagement and Strategy:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into payment technology trends and compliance standards.
    • Collaborate with the product strategy team to refine product specifications based on market trends and client needs.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on system capabilities and configuration.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, compliance updates, and emerging payment technologies to enhance solution offerings.
    • Provide feedback to the product strategy team for evolving Oracle Banking solutions to meet future market demands.
 

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in the banking and financial services sector with a focus on payments systems and SaaS implementations.
    • Hands-on experience in implementing Payments module, and designing end-to-end payment solutions.

Responsibilities

Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals. Contributes to statements of work, work breakdown structures and/or level of effort and staff plans. Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers. Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge. Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to implementation team. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions. Anticipates project risks and suggest risk mitigation to project manager. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
