Amtrust Financial Services, a fast-growing commercial insurance company, has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Specialist II. The successful candidate will provide proactive recruitment and support for our service offices in the US. The successful candidate will work to provide hands-on full life cycle recruitment for internal client groups with high volume recruitment needs. Source, assess, and recruit candidates for openings at all levels. Develop and implement innovative and cost effective recruiting strategies for positions. Work with other members of the recruiting team on corporate wide recruitment projects and initiatives.
