Talent Acquisition Specialist

Gupta Media was founded 20 years ago on the idea that advertising could create huge leverage in our client's business. Our early work was focused on the entertainment industry, specifically live events (Boston Calling, among others) and recorded music (Sony Music, Universal Music & Disney are all clients). We have dramatically grown our work with big brands (Amazon, Fender) and sports brands (LA Galaxy, Washington Commanders). We have a global client base with a growing local roster across B2B and B2C brands across campaign, content, and branding assignments.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help power our exciting growth. Reporting directly to our Head of People, our ideal candidate is early in their recruiting career but ready for that next opportunity. They have experience in the full staffing lifecycle, know the marketing, digital, and agency space, have a creative mindset and great instincts when assessing talent. 

What you will do:

• Manage applicant pipeline from job post, resume assessment, interview cycle, and closing process;


• Act as initial point of contact, promoting the Gupta Media brand and building a candidate relationship;


• Engage in ongoing candidate sourcing strategies to continuously build our talent pipeline;
  


• Ensure that new hires have a great experience from Day 1 to their last day. This includes Day 1 onboarding, but extends through their first weeks and months at Gupta;
  


• Research and engage in recruiting events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree


• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency environment


• ATS platform experience such as BambooHR and Lever


• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter


• Strong demonstrated experience in relationship building with excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Self-starter with an aptitude for problem-solving
