The Heritage Group is looking for a Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. 


Job Summary: 

As a Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires and supporting the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help drive our success in attracting and retaining top talent.

Requirements

  

Key Responsibilities: 

- New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into their roles. This includes preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and liaising with different departments to ensure readiness for new hires. 

- Interview Scheduling: Arrange interviews for potential candidates by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to find suitable times and locations. Ensure all participants have the necessary information and materials. 

- HR & TA Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams, including maintaining HR databases, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. 

- Other Duties as Assigned: Be adaptable and ready to take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the HR department and contribute to the overall success of the company.


Qualifications: 

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience. 

- Excellent organizational and communication skills. 

- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems or Workday is preferred. 

- 1-5 years previous experience in HR or talent acquisition is a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.

-Ability to work proactively.


Assignment Terms:

This is a contract position and will last approximately from November 2024-March 2025.
