The Supply Chain and QA Specialist is responsible for providing effective support to the Supply Chain and Quality Assurance teams. This role involves anticipating and identifying inventory and QA issues, while investigating for resolution and recovery. Additionally, the position requires assembling inventory and QA data, analyzing reports, and leveraging insights to help successfully manage products and services.

Your Day in the Life
- Monitor and respond to daily Supply Chain and QA activities and issues.
- Identifies potential inventory issues at the distributor level and implements corrective action to prevent distribution centers from running out of product.
- Review, respond and follow up with DCs on all delivery issue reports from restaurant operations, i.e. shorted items, mis-picks, out of stock, damaged product, credit requests and late deliveries
- Review out of stocks daily and coordinate recoveries and help expedite shipments
- Escalate ongoing supply, delivery and QA issues
- Communicate supply and distribution issues and resolution to restaurants, i.e. shortage and temporary sub updates
- Lead reporting as needed including bi-weekly inventory risk reports, weekly price change report, state food safety testing, and annual supplier recertifications.
- Manage Arrowstream maintenance including pricing updates, item maintenance, FSIM and quality issue tracking.
- Manage and respond to service now tickets, guest relations, and guest illness reporting for supply chain and quality assurance.
- Support RFI’s and RFPs as required
- Conduct routine product testing (analytical and sensory attributes) and provide reporting on the results for further review and action by the QA Category Manager(s).
What You Bring to the Team
- 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a food-related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to create and follow standard procedures.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Foundational knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Comfortable working in a kitchen setting and able to lift heavy boxes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and take initiative.
- This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
