Job Summary






Position is onsite at the Pentagon or Mark Center.  This is not a telework or remote delivery role. 

 

As a cyber strategic planning and policy consultant on our team, you’ll lead the assessment of DoD's current cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risk.









Primary Responsibilities






  • You’ll evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards.
  • As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you’ll advance the development of a strategic cyber roadmap.
  • You’ll work in a consultative role to ensure the client operates securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment.

Minimum Qualifications






  • 7 years relevant experience and TS/SCI clearance
  • 3+ years experience with analyzing cybersecurity, systems engineering, or acquisition policies
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of secure development frameworks
  • Knowledge of information assurance and security practices
  • Ability to work across a diverse stakeholder group to achieve a common goal
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree








Desired Qualifications






  • Experience with writing documents, including congressional reports, talking points, read-ahead, and communications strategies
  • Experience with risk management principles
  • Experience with Cybersecurity supply chain risk management
  • Knowledge of software development trends and technologies
  • Knowledge of technologies, including cloud and ICS
  • Knowledge of the Industrial Base and the federal procurement process
