Mandatory Technical Skills
1)                 Technical hands on experience of STEP for around 2 years.
2)                 Deep knowledge of current STEP trailblazer release
3)                 Overall experience in IT in the range of 10 to 15 years.
4)                 Experience of interacting with customer, guiding customer to architect and build STEP solution.
5)                 Good communications and articulation.
6)                 Ability to transform Customer needs into tangible requirements
