The Staffing Recruiter will research and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for 5B’s. A creative mindset, positive attitude and experience in this field is a must.
Recruiter hours are 8am-5pm M-F.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Screen applications, schedule and perform initial interviews.
· Assists with job postings and advertising process.
· Collaborate with HR team during the offer process, start dates and other pertinent details.
· Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of 5B’s.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
· Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
· Convey a positive and professional image to candidates and current employees.
· Generate and propose new recruitment ideas.
· Assist with social media ads.
· Be consistent and timely with candidate follow up and communication.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
· Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
· Proactive with the ability to take initiative.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
· Strong Microsoft Office Suite software experience.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
Education and Experience:
· 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting or similar role.
· Verifiable and stable work history

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
