Job Description:
• Point of Sale (POS) Administrator and Auditor
• Various Billing Functions
• Reconciliation of A/R Account Discrepancies
• Preparing account analysis and some general ledger reconciliation
• Good Customer Service Values
• Support to back-up A/P and Capital Improvement Review
• Support to IT Manager
• Qualified to resolve end user desktop issues, including network and email
• be able to troubleshoot most typical day-to-day issues relating to Windows, MS Office (Word/Excel), wireless and LAN connectivity, and network printing
Qualifications:
~Associate's or BA/BS Degree in Accounting
~2+ yrs. of experience in AP/AR and other general Accounting functions
~General knowledge of hospitality operation and accounting
~General Back Office IT knowledge of network and email servers as well as troubleshooting of desktop issues
~Proficient in Excel
~Team player with a positive, respectful attitude
