Your Core Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and post journal entries, analyze, and reconcile specifically assigned general ledger accounts 
  • Maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and answering queries.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in month end close activities including preparing journal entries and updating monthly financial reports. 
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Support financial data analysis and preparation of basic financial summaries
  • Perform other projects as assigned.


Minimum Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
