We are seeking a ServiceNow SecOps Consultant with specialized experience in ServiceNow Security Operations to elevate design and implementation efforts for ServiceNow SecOps solutions, specifically focusing on Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response (VR)
Essential Functions:
- Configure and implement SIR and VR related business processes into ServiceNow
- Working knowledge of common attack vectors, different classes of attacks (e.g., passive, active, insider, close-in, distributed, etc.) and general attack stages (e.g., foot printing and scanning, enumeration, gaining access, escalation or privileges, maintaining access, network exploitation, covering tracks, etc.)
- Design and develop enhancements for the existing SIR modules of SIR tools, and help fix issues or defects which arise in the production environment
- Configure ServiceNow Forms and Tables as well as Modules
- Develop systems integrations and process automation with External system REST APIs
- Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
- Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow
- Work with product owner/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet business requirements
- Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows and business use cases
- Implementing security controls as applicable to ensure enforcement of policies and procedures.
- Support compliance initiatives including scheduling, ticketing of deliverables and remediations, and tracking cross-functional dependencies.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
- Maintain high level of client satisfaction

Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and processes to stakeholders with varying levels of technological experience
Desirables:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work-related experience with an emphasis on Security Operations
- 2-5 years of experience implementing, supporting, and/or developing ServiceNow SecOps solutions
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or related Certified Implementation Specialist in Vulnerability Response or Security Incident response
- Functional knowledge, implementation, and consulting experience of SaaS frameworks working directly with customers and clients
