Job Description
Purpose of Role:
Assists Managers and Partners in providing US Tax services on routine and complex US tax engagements
Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes
- Successful candidate will have completed, or is in progress of completing their US or Canadian CPA designation
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Creative problem solving ability
- Experience in delivery of quality client service
- Works effectively in a team environment
- Works well under supervision
Responsibilities
- Preparing US Corporate, personal and trust tax returns
- Preparing US tax provisions
- Correspondence with the Internal Revenue Service
- Assisting team members in all aspects of US Corporate and Individual tax planning
- Adheres to the firms Quality Control Standards
