Senior Property Manager
Our client is a premiere Real Estate Management firm that has been providing residential property management services to hundreds of buildings in New York City for more than 100+ years. They are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager who will be responsible for delivering best in class client service and overseeing a portfolio of co-ops and condos.
Qualifiications:
- Capital Project Experience - e.g. façade, heating systems, elevator modernizations, HVAC systems, etc.
- Administration/oversight for Apartment Alterations
- Substantial experience with co-op/condo board and annual
- meetings
- Knowledge of financial matters - e.g. budget, arrears, capital project budgets
- Knowledge and experience with governmental compliance
- Familiar with all co-op condo governing documents - e.g. Offering Plans, By-Laws, etc.
- Experience with property management software programs - e.g. accounting systems, Buildinglink, etc.
- Basic proficiency in computer technology - e.g. Word, Excel, etc.
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
