DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage diverse projects from conception to completion. These projects will vary in nature, including both internal initiatives and customer-facing assignments. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a self-starter attitude, strong leadership, exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
Our projects are not "cookie cutter"; each one is unique and demands a flexible, adaptable project plan. Many of these projects focus on automating processes using AI or platforms like APEX, requiring a forward-thinking and innovative approach to execution.

ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution:
- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for each unique project.
- Develop and maintain adaptable project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage the lifecycle of projects with a flexible approach to accommodate specific requirements and changes.
Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external customers.
- Communicate project updates, gather requirements, and ensure satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Innovation & Automation:
- Oversee projects that involve process automation through AI or applications such as APEX.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate automation solutions effectively.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to propose innovative approaches.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Empower team members to take ownership of tasks while providing guidance and support.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
