You will support the achievement of corporate financial and growth goals by providing management in all areas of the company with necessary financial information and analysis pertaining to our profitability and key financial measures. Design, analyze and maintain financial operational reporting systems to provide this information.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Position Compensation Range:

$76,000.00 - $125,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities
•Lead in the planning and development of complex and/or strategic analysis used by business partners and divisional leadership.
•Represent the division in presentation of analyses to divisional leadership on a regular basis and occasionally to executive leadership.
•Utilize advanced modeling techniques to appropriately analyze the financial and growth implications of various solutions.
•Use advanced data mining and statistical techniques to find relationships in data to drive decisions.
•Research, design, and develop more complex and comprehensive management reports as requested for all levels of management.
•Work with divisional leadership to determine and develop appropriate metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.
•Actively participates as the financial expert and represents Finance on critical cross-functional teams.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
•Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
•Demonstrated experience in financial statement and management reporting.
•Demonstrated experience with complex financial and operational analysis.
•Extensive knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining.
•Extensive knowledge and understanding of insurance accounting and operations.

3+ years financial analysis experience.

Bachelor's degree in business.

Licenses:

•Up to 5%.

•Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; or Boston, MA 02110.#LI-Hybrid
