We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Business Development
Manager to lead and drive the growth of our organization!

Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development & Execution:
    Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive
    revenue growth and market share expansion.
    Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in both
    existing and new markets.
    Work closely with the executive team to define and implement long-term business
    objectives and strategic plans.
    Client Relationship Management:

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and
    stakeholders.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts and high-value partnerships,
    ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
    Actively engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs and position the companys offerings accordingly.
    Market Analysis & Trend Identification:

    Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer needs,
    and competitive dynamics.
    Utilize data and insights to develop and refine sales and business development strategies.
    Partnerships & Negotiation:

    Lead negotiations with potential clients and business partners to secure lucrative deals and partnerships.
    Develop and manage long-term strategic partnerships to drive mutual growth and increase market reach.
    Structure, negotiate, and close high-value contracts with an emphasis on profitability and strategic alignment.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with the sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure
    alignment between business development activities and broader company goals
    Provide feedback and insights to product and marketing teams to refine offerings
    based on client needs and market feedback.
    Team Leadership & Development:

    Mentor and guide junior business development staff, sharing best practices and
    fostering a high-performance culture.
    Lead by example in building relationships and driving performance, while
    empowering your team to succeed.
    Reporting & Performance Tracking:

    Set and track KPIs and performance metrics for business development efforts,
    ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
    Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on the status of business development
    efforts, opportunities pipeline, and revenue projections

Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA
    preferred).
    Experience in business development, sales, or related fields, with a proven track
    record of success in driving business growth.
    Previous experience in managing a team and leading cross-functional initiatives
