The Role:




As a Senior Business Development Executive, you are part of the global Growth team that will sell to all the Australian and NZ market.


You will leverage your network and knowledge of the Aged & Disability sectors to sell and deliver our international recruitment, training and migration services to this sector who struggle with a trained care workforce.




Your exceptional communication and relationship development skills, honed through direct selling of recruitment, training or HR consulting services to the healthcare industry will allow you to take your career to the next level and shape your future.




You will find additional meaning and challenge as a significant contributor to the international Growth team. This includes attending and managing events as the local spokesperson for the brand.




You are responsible for finding and closing B2B prospects that would subscribe to GroWorx’s range of services to its providers large and small.


This includes identifying, researching, creating connections, and nurturing prospect relationships. You will use various CRM and social selling tools to ensure that all actions pertaining to leads are all recorded in a central platform.

Some interstate and international travel is expected




Responsibilities:



  • Lead Generation and Social Selling - Conducting research on potential clients via social networks and other platforms

  • Work with our training and migration agent channel partners to drive awareness, leads and sales.

  • Develop a strong product understanding, system knowledge and processes to sell new concepts and the service value Groworx provides

  • Manage monthly rolling pipelines of potential clients with the ability to prioritise your day to have visibility into all deals

  • Articulate Groworx and their clients’ value proposition to decision-maker across multiple industries to asses buying interest

  • Provide custom service designs or proposals that are aligned with clients’ custom service needs

  • Attain monthly/quarterly targets for new sales acquisitions.

  • Provide consultation with prospects by phone, email, and other communication methods

  • Create accurate forecasting, pipeline movement, and stage reports

  • Provide guidance to junior members of the GroWorx team

  • Fly to other countries to attends events as necessary




Requirements:



  • Minimum of 5 years Business Development in selling recruitment, training or HR consulting services

  • Experience in B2B Sales, Social Selling, Account Management, and Lead Generation

  • Preferable experience in selling to the healthcare sector, particularly the Aged and Disability sectors.

  • Ability to negotiate and move time frames, closing sales

  • Knowledge in developing sales proposals and presentations

  • Strong English communication skills; written and spoken is a must

  • Self-motivated with high energy and a positive attitude

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead identification tools is a plus
