Starr Technical Risks is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements for operational projects and application development initiatives.Β Core accountabilities will include coordinating with the business teams, development teams and the carrier business/technology groups to ensure that the best operational and technical solutions are implemented.Β Participating in the full project lifecycle includes but is not limited to writing business requirement documentation, developing test scripts, testing, system implementation, creating user guides and production support.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Starr Insurance Companies is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets: experience and training: licensure and certifications: and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000-$130,000.
