RxAnte is looking for a Salesforce Consultant to work alongside our team as a contractor supporting further development of our Health Cloud platform.

About the Position

 

We’re hiring a temporary Salesforce Consultant to work with our product and development teams to add business process automation and develop solutions within Salesforce to support MPS’ needs as the business continues to scale.

Responsibilities include:

  • Add Salesforce functionality including design/configuration of Custom Objects, Workflow/Process Builder, Visual Flows, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts
  • Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
  • Utilize standard Salesforce configuration to meet client needs
  • Partner with our Salesforce Administrator to develop and release new features

We contract with and hire great people and trust them to do great work. That means development typically happens within autonomous, cross-functional product teams that are responsible for driving well-shaped projects from concept to completion.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Salesforce certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce certified Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce certified Platform App Builder a plus
  • Experience leveraging out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions
  • Proficiency with Salesforce data model design, development of custom objects and business process automation
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud a plus
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, health plan, and/or retail pharmacy sector of healthcare a plus
  • Proficient at listening, assessing and responding to end user and stakeholder feedback
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions regarding resolution of issues
  • Motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing healthcare improvement company

 

You’re able to work remotely. You must be qualified to work in the United States and able to pass a drug screening.
