Sales Representative

Euroresins is part of the Cathay Group. We are looking for a Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.

Candidates with strong communication skills will stand out.  As a Sales representative you will help to identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full product range is sold to all customers.
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers to enable opportunity for growth.
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Ensure product knowledge is up to date.
• Analyse customer buying patterns.
• Resolve customer complaint handling.

After successful completion of your probation as a Sales Representative you will be be able to make uncapped commission on all sales you make.

The Sales Representative role is full time in the office.
