Job Summary
The Sale Planning & Customer Service Analyst (Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment) perform analysis on business performance, processes. Responsible for business planning in the sales area such as sales planning, sales forecasting, monthly planning, and report. Coordinates with Headquarter in Korea to assist with managing key accounts and create reports. supervising customer service staffs to manage customer orders and payments.
Responsibilities and Duties (includes but not limited to the following)
- Create and manage and annual sales plan.
- Create and manage monthly sales forecast and report to the Headquarter.
- Cooperate with Supply Chain Planner to manage customer delivery due.
- Manage sales data and additional data generated according to the customer business model.
- Manage monthly customer orders and sales process.
- Manage Credit Limit by customer and supervises status of AR.
- Create monthly, quarterly sales prices in SAP.
- Work with Sales and Operations to plan, develop, manage forecast to meet customer demands.
- Analysis sales forecasts / sales results and reports results.
- Works closely with other departments, i.e. production, quality, customer service to ensure the completion of common goals.
- Interaction with customers (email, phone, customer visits)
- Manage and participate in special projects as required.
- Supervising Sales planning team staffs.
Qualifications and Skills

- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Can work well independently, and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficient in: Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors' Degree in Business or related field
- Preferential for more than 2years of experience in similar positions.
- Bilingual person, Korean/English (Preferred)
Required Competencies
- Must be proficient in office software, especially Microsoft EXCEL
- Knowledge of ERP System(SAP) preferred.
- Knowledge of general sales process.
- Must be detail oriented and data accuracy.
- Requires a thorough understanding of industry practices, the organization's needs and general business conditions.
- Good Communication Skills.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
Physical demands may include but not limited to the following:
- Must be able to frequently move about the manufacturing plant campus, general office environments, production areas, and ascend/descend stairs and ladders.
- Must be able to navigate throughout inside and outside the facility
- Must be able to effectively operate a computer
- Must be able to occasionally move office equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to wear all required PPE while in production area.
- Must be able to pass a (PFT) Pulmonary Function Test for respirator wear
