Assisting Hands is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to manage client schedules, provide customer service, and assist with Caregiver retention. Client Care Coordinators work closely with Caregivers and Clients to ensure consistent care provision to Seniors in the Frederick, Carroll & Washington County areas. The Client Care Coordinator will be heavily involved in the recruiting process of certified caregivers who can deliver quality care to our clients. 
 
Education & Experience
·       1+ years of prior scheduling experience
·       Knowledge of Home Care Industry: a big plus
·       CNA in good standing preferred
·       High School Diploma/GED (Required), Associates or Bachelors (Preferred)
·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) 
·       Will need to master additional software including AxisCare

Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Tech-savvy, Analytical skills, have the ability to build a good easy-going rapport with direct care staff, attention to detail, must be able to multi-task, function well under pressure, be patient, flexible, adaptable and be a team player. Must be a good problem solver and able to work independently.
 
Primary Duties:
·       Schedule shifts by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to the client's needs.
·       Serves as the point of contact for clients, caregivers and case managers 
·       Manages new client onboarding including data input of all paperwork from the assessment. Inputs all data for potential, new and current clients, in a specified time frame.
·       Promptly handles/resolves caregiver issues, problems, and arranges for substitute/back-up coverage as necessary.
·       Resolve caregiver issues, problems, and scheduling changes.
·       Provide information about services to prospective clients.
·       Responsible for maintaining client files and keeping them up to date.
·       Participates in the 'manager on-call' rotation and handles all client, caregiver, intake, and scheduling issues that occur during that time.
·       Coordinating the full cycle recruitment process (screening through on-boarding)
·       Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses, verify references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
·       Execute outbound calls to applicants and effectively build a strong talent pipeline
·       Participates in community activities as directed.



Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
