Purpose
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified
candidates to hiring managers to support recruiting and talent initiatives. The Recruiter will also establish
relationships with passive candidates, universities, technical schools,
industry groups, and government agencies in accordance with all applicable
laws, regulations, and Century Park Standards. Reports to the Director of
Talent Development.

Education and Experience
- Must have associates degree in HR or equivalent training and experience
- Minimum of 2 years’
experience in HR, preferable in healthcare
- Must be skilled with Microsoft Office
- Must have basic knowledge of employment law, including FLSA, FMLA, ADAAA,
I-9/E-Verify, EEO
- Must have two or more years’ sourcing
experience (e.g., LinkedIn
Recruiter/Lite)
- Recruiter certification (PRC, CIR, CSSR, CDR, CSMR,
etc.) preferred
- Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP,
etc.) preferred
- Experience as an HR Generalist with 3-5 experience is preferred.

General Duties
- Uses effective sourcing
strategies to find and attract
passive candidates
- Builds depth of talent pipelines
and pools for assigned positions
- Establishes professional networks for future talent
- Creates requisitions through
applicant tracking system
(ATS) and posts internally and/or
externally as appropriate
- Leverages and links to other external job board service
providers and partners
as appropriate (Indeed
Direct, Craig’s List,
ZipRecruiter, community postings, notifications to local schools, etc.)
- Manages candidate activity
and workflows in the ATS
- Schedules and coordinates interviews
with
facility hiring managers
- Screens applicants for RN, LPN, CNA roles
and other nursing
and rehab related
positions as necessary; validates employment
eligibility requirements met
- Coaches community hiring
managers on effective screening and selection
techniques
- Ensures timely candidate feedback; strives to create a great candidate experience
- Conducts follow-up calls/surveys to ensure the candidate experience was positive and aligned with recruitment strategies
- Assists in calculating metrics: yields ratios,
time-to-fill, cost per hire, applications processed, etc.
- Maintains records on recruitment activities to derive ROI
- Runs and prepares
key metrics and reports from ATS and in-house systems
- Assists in the development of division talent
acquisition strategies
- Assists with ad hoc facility-based recruitment as requested
(e.g., direct mailings, college recruitment, associate referral programs, advertising,
sponsored ads, etc.)
- Represents company professionally and effectively at job fairs/professional events/on-site hiring events
- Partners
with
State unemployment agencies for on-demand talent
- Partners with and establishes relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assists the Director
of Talent Development with various HR related activities to include, FMLA, Employee Relations, File Maintenance and Reporting.
Essential Functions
- Must be able to manage
