 What you’ll do:


As a Real Estate Analyst, you will be responsible for real estate contract and database management, including database entry, audit, system administration functions, and management of real estate contracts and other real estate documents.  Prepare and distribute reports to real estate team, LifePoint facilities, and HSC departments in order to communicate volume, trends, and issues.


Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for real estate contract and database management, including database entry, audit, system administration functions, and management of real estate contracts and other real estate documents.  Prepare and distribute reports to real estate team, LifePoint facilities, and HSC departments in order to communicate volume, trends, and issues.

  • Collaborate with various departments at the Health Support Center (HSC) to integrate real estate transaction and contract workflow, including integration into the real estate contract management solution (currently MediTract and ProLease).

  • Manage and enhance LifePoint’s real estate documents and contracts management capabilities.

  • Perform and/or assist with rent payment audits, including confirmation of annual CPI calculations, operating expense reconciliations, ground lease payments, and overall accuracy of the real estate database payment information.

  • Manage day-to-day real estate activities associated with LifePoint’s real estate portfolio of owned and leased properties including auditing reports and agreements and process and review of leases and other real estate documents to ensure compliance with Company policy and procedures in order to identify issues and assist with action plans.

  • Assist with integrating newly acquired hospitals and new users into the real estate databases, including granting access, verifying and uploading information into the database, and auditing data.

  • Create, maintain, and distribute reports from the real estate management system for the real estate team, hospital facilities, and various departments within the HSC.

  • Collaborate with database vendor to manage and maintain user account access, serve as point of contact for issue resolution, and oversee vendor management of projects and operational tasks.


What you’ll need\:


Education\: bachelor’s degree.  A combination of education and/or experience may be substituted.


Experience : Minimum of 3 years related experience.
