LHP Property Manager-In-Training Program Nashville, TN

The Manager in Training program provides a unique six to nine-month training program designed to build your knowledge and skills in affordable housing through a combination of online, instructor-led, and hands-on training rotations alongside our talented managers and dynamic teams. The goal of the MIT program is to provide fast-track development to ready the MIT candidate for transition to a Community Manager role at an LHP portfolio property. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: leadership, customer service, flexibility, adaptability impeccable judgement, strong desire to do what's right, and a collaborative spirit.

Our Ideal Manager In Training Candidate?Β 

  1. Prior experience in property management is preferred but not required.
  2. Previous experience in customer service and management are required.
  3. Bachelor's degree is required.
  4. Valid Driver's License is required.
  5. Ability and willingness to travel frequently between LHP properties and training sites.
  6. An individual with a passion/purpose of giving back and serving people.
