Full Time: Mon-Fri 7a-3p, as well as on call duties

Our focus is supporting individuals by ways of residential housing, mental health and clinical services, and immersing our participants in community engagement. Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive employee who maintain the cleanliness, safety and repair of Agency owned and/or operated facilities.
Responsibilities include:
· Exterior Care/Maintenance
Education & Experience
BOCES/trade school graduate or equivalent practical experience. Must be able to perform standard maintenance duties.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Five years’ experience in maintenance or building trades. Keep current with continuing education as needed.
Conditions of Employment
Must have a valid NYS Driver License in accordance with the Agency Vehicle and Driving policy for use of Agency vehicle. Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
