Communicating with your landlords and tenantsOverseeing leasing and lease renewals to keep your landlords happyConducting entry, exit and routine inspections on a wide variety of propertiesPromptly attending to maintenance requestsYou will have the support of a Leasing Manager to assist you with showing vacant properties plus a Property Management Administrator to assist you with reconciliation, invoicing, lease renewals and routine scheduling.SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
QLD current Driver's LicenceQLD current Certificate of RegistrationExtensive local Property Management experienceThis is a great role, with the capacity to reward for ‘going beyond’ such as business development and expanding your portfolio.
