About the Position

We require a Project Manager (Occupational Health and Safety) to support with occupational health and safety (OHS) project delivery across our growing team and our portfolio of clients.

The role provides excellent opportunities to work within the team with exciting and interesting projects for well-known global businesses. This is a fast paced and positive consulting practice. This position also offers the chance for an individual to grow their technical knowledge, develop their communication skills and contribute to the overall business growth.

This specific role is working with one of our key client accounts as an embedded resource supporting the development and implementation of their regional OHS programs in the EMEA Region.

To be successful in this role, individuals must demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in industry/consulting providing OHS support
  • Ability to apply analytical skills using computer software and technical guidance documents for the assessment of data to determine the required outcome for the project.
  • Sound communication and personal effectiveness skills including liaising with various stakeholders
  • Time management and prioritisation skills, to ensure multiple deliverables are provided in a timely manner.

  • Experience of dealing with communicable illness response and pandemic preparedness

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in relevant subject in Occupational or Public Health
  • Demonstration of equivalent qualification or experience in other areas of OHS including ergonomics, psychosocial risk assessment, incident management
  • Desirable to be a Member of Professional Body 
  • Experience delivering Occupational Health program management (ideally in a corporate setting)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Our EHS consulting operation in the United Kingdom is supported by our sister company, Antea Group USA. 

This position will be a hybrid role, being primarily homebased with periodic travel required to Antea Group offices or client premises in the United Kingdom. Some project locations will require overnight travel (up to 25%). The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
