McKinnis Roofing & Sheet metal is currently looking for creative & self-starting candidates to fill the following position:

Project Manager

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to

1. Review contracts – send to attorney
2. Set up Pass the Torch – between Sales/PC/Estimator
3. Start Submittals
4. Set up Pre-Construction – between PC/Production/Estimator
5. Manage Jobs
6. Invoice customers
7. Help with the invoice approvals
8. Pull permits
9. Set up intermittent inspections
10. Communicate with customers/general contractor’s/building owners
11. Communicate with Production/Sales

Requirements:

1. Roofing & Construction knowledge
2. Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Paint, etc.)
3. Knowledge of blueprints
4. Great communication skills
5. Great attitude (TEAM Player)
6. Valid Driver’s License
