* Provide architecture to integrate and extend HCM/ERP Cloud services or HCM/ERP applications (PeopleSoft, or eBusiness Suite (EBS) HRMS, EBS Financials)
* Guide multiple implementations using SOA, Web Services, J2EE/JSF/Oracle ADF (Fusion Middleware) in EBS or PSFT on-premise projects
* Provide leadership and hands-on expertise and execution capability on the delivery PaaS based technical solutions to extend and integrate with ERP or HCM Cloud.
