DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience and at least 5+ full cycle implementations (Oracle Fusion Cloud & Oracle eBS - R12.2 upgrades)
- Trained in Oracle Cloud implementation and configurations, Certifications a plus.
- Experience with multiple oracle reporting tools - OTBI, BI Publisher, Apex, Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio - creating reports, analyses and dashboards and writing complex SQL queries
- Understanding of security architecture, user roles and data access in Oracle Cloud. Ability to create custom roles as per business requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of basic functional process flows, and concepts in Financials, and Supply Chain to be able to support the technical aspects of any Oracle implementation
- Provide technical expertise to customers to help with legacy data extraction, cleansing, and mapping data between legacy system to oracle file-based data loader templates.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud integration using FBDI, APIs, Open Interface tables, ADFDI, web services etc., including knowledge of SaaS-PaaS integrations, hybrid integration approaches with on-premise applications and supporting middleware technologies.

Mandatory - Must be able to lead, and manage technical design workshops (including developing powerpoint decks, and strategy documents), development of RICE/ CEMLI objects and clearly communicating status.
- Must demonstrate extensive knowledge and success as a team leader by supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation. Prior experience guiding a team offshore, and working seamlessly, and effectively with Offshore
- Answering questions and providing guidance to less-experienced staff.
- Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
