Responsibilities for an Operations Manager include:

  • Operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with an ability to prioritize and drive actions to closure.
  • Drive results by fostering teamwork and accountability in a performance-oriented culture.
  • Oversee the front-line leaders that lead the plant manufacturing process and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Understand production goals and drive for results focused on meeting production forecast and ensure budgeted labor is within plan.
  • Communicate short and long-range plans to Operations front-line leaders. 
  • Participate and support individual career development and skills training while focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Encourage and participate in individual career development that supports robust processes to improve quality and productivity.
  • Executing multiple, simultaneous high impact initiatives to achieve overall goals  


Recruitment Process and Position Location:

Qualifications for an Operations Manager:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field 
  • Seven (7) or more years' of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Five (5) or more years of management experience leading and developing others.
