Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and personable Community Engagement and Operations Manager to lead our community outreach efforts while overseeing day-to-day clinic operations. This individual will be responsible for growing our client base through direct community engagement, managing in-clinic promotional activities, and fostering a positive workplace culture. In addition to marketing efforts, this role requires a strong understanding of compliance and the ability to handle in-office administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Marketing & Outreach

• Develop and implement in-person marketing strategies to increase client acquisition.
• Build relationships with local businesses, networking groups, and attend community events to drive referrals.
• Organize and execute in-clinic promotions to enhance client retention and engagement.
• Represent Overtime Men’s Health in the community, embodying our brand and values.

2. Operations & Administration

• Oversee in-office administrative duties, including managing schedules, inventory, and workflow coordination.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, medical, and operational guidelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with outside administrative support teams to ensure efficient handling of finances, customer refills, and appointment management.

3. Workplace Culture & Team Support

• Promote a positive, productive, and professional workplace culture aligned with company values.
• Organize team-building activities and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Assist with onboarding new staff, ensuring alignment with company protocols and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community engagement, business development, or a related field.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Understanding of medical/healthcare compliance is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
