Doral Health and Wellness is looking for a highly articulate Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
The organization operates Outpatient Medical Centers, Urgent Care locations, Home Care Company, Dialysis Center, Senior Day Care, Early Intervention for children services.
Our goal is to provide superior, healthcare services for all our lines of business. We work closely with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and community organizations to provide quality health care with great patient outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our brand with a B2B healthcare strategy promoting our brand as a strategic partner healthcare space.
- Ensure awareness within the local community about our health services and what we offer.
- Develop a routine within the community to identify potential resources that can refer business and build those relationships.
- Speak to doctors and nurses in the local community to help raise awareness of our home care and care management services.
- Network with local healthcare professionals and build trust within the healthcare community.
- Create and manage marketing plans.
- Foster working relationships with various insurance companies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have previous experience with healthcare sales/marketing.
- Should have a good understanding of marketing strategies and sales techniques
- Should be committed to product knowledge and ability to keep up to date with the latest marketing trends, etc.
- Must have own vehicle and driving license.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on years of NHTD/TBI experience.
- Compensation is a generous base salary plus an aggressive commission and bonus package.
