Job Responsibilities


Under the supervision of the Multimedia Services Manager, provides multiple technical services to support and maintain the college's multimedia systems and other technical endpoints managed by IT. Assist with IT customer support software and apps to create and track tickets, reports, and other documentation. Assist with creating documentation and training end users on using multiple devices within the college's instructional, simulation, and conference spaces.


Minimum and Additional Requirements


This position requires a high school diploma and experience in office automation systems, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, sales or marketing, or processing of information in a data processing environment or related systems. A degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.


Preferred Qualifications


Ideal candidate will have three (3) years of related work experience. Preferred candidate must have the technical experience and knowledge to support computers/peripherals in an enterprise network environment. Hands-on experience with various MS Operating Systems and Office Suite Applications, Apple Products, Cisco Network IP-based telephony devices, and MS Active Directory management.  Knowledge of electronic equipment, such as videoconferencing systems, audio/video routing, camera setup, computerized editing systems, switchers, computerized remote-controlled camera systems, and other types of audio and video equipment. POE and Wi-Fi electronic lock experience working with in Access Control is a plus.  Excellent customer service and organization skills are a must.
