Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for hospitality? Salamander Middleburg is looking for a dynamic Marketing manager to join our team. This role is key to our on-site marketing efforts, ensuring all materials and programs align with our brand standards and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager to uphold branding standards.
• Manage creative projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee social media and email marketing platforms.
• Lead the Marketing Coordinator and work with the home office team.
• Develop on-property programs and partnerships.
• Draft and publish social media posts and reels.
• Coordinate influencer logistics and photo/video shoots.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and manage the CRM database.
• Maintain inventory of print collateral and website content.
• Liaise with local media and coordinate media visits.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CMS, and basic photo editing.
• Graphic design skills in Canva and basic video editing preferred.
