Liquor Sales Specialist- Full Time

• Engage our customers' five senses ensuring superior quality & freshness 
• Builds value & excitement through convenience, product availability & the full experience
• Serve the needs of our customers selflessly & with compassion

• Maintain a clean and organized backroom and ensure departments are well-lit and fully stocked.
• Lift and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively, including operating the register with precision and planning.
• Engage with customers to promote and sell products, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of various categories of spirits, wines, and beers.
• Follow Kessler’s cleaning standards to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Handle freight operations, including unloading, organizing, and rotating products, with all pallets off the floor by 9 AM.
• Actively sell, sample, and recommend products to enhance customer satisfaction
• Must be 21+
• Available evenings (1:00pm-7:00pm) occasional mornings (6am start) with rotating weekends and holiday availability.
