Banner Property Management wants a sales pro like you to serve as LEASING CONSULTANT for our stunning, 214-unit luxury apartment community in Denton, TX; Hunter’s Creek. As the welcoming face and voice of the property, you will report to the on-site Property Manager and play a vital role in providing exceptional service and driving leasing success. This is a sales position with a strong emphasis on customer service, meeting goals and achieving results.
You’ll showcase apartments and community amenities to prospective residents, guide them through the leasing process, and build lasting relationships with current residents. Your creativity and marketing savvy will support our efforts to maintain high occupancy, drive revenue, and ensure resident satisfaction. Familiarity with property management software (YARDI experience is a plus) will help you hit the ground running.

National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) a plus!
