Summary:
This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage a team, oversee multiple projects, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
As an experienced IT Manager you will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations, as well as the ability to manage and support various technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the IT infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Manage network and system administration, including implementing and maintaining security protocols.
- Lead the management and integration of software applications, with a particular focus on platforms like Shopify.
- Direct and coordinate IT-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Provide strong leadership to the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
- Experience with network and system administration, and knowledge of security protocols.
- Proficiency in managing software applications and integrations, especially with platforms like Shopify.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, CISSP) are a plus.
