Job Title: IT Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to oversee and help manage our company’s information technology department. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the IT services and infrastructure, help leading the IT team, and implementing strategies to improve the performance and security of our technology systems.


Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Strategy and Planning:


  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


2. Team Leadership and Management:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, including training, and evaluating staff performance.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.


3. System and Network Administration:


  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.

  • Oversee the maintenance, upgrading, and optimization of all IT systems and infrastructure.


4. Security and Compliance:


  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard company data and systems.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.


5. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:


  • Provide high-level technical support and guidance to resolve complex IT issues.

  • Oversee the IT support process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.

  • Take phone calls, helpdesk tickets, and emails from end users and work with them until a solution is provided.


6. Innovation and Development:


  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in IT services and infrastructure.

  • Create a roadmap to further educate IT staff so they can grow their careers and obtain certifications to help the bank maintain the highest security possible.


Work Environment:


  • May require occasional travel to other branch locations or for training and conferences.
