Internal Audit & Risk Manager | High-Impact Leadership Role
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + up to 10% Bonus

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Audit Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive internal audit plan tailored to strategic goals.
- Drive Risk Management: Enhance and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks to ensure resilience across financial, operational, and compliance areas.
- Present Actionable Insights: Deliver concise audit findings and recommendations to leadership teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain Risk Registers: Oversee corporate and departmental risk registers, ensuring updates and escalations are timely and accurate.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with departments to embed risk awareness and operational controls into daily practices.
- Provide Training: Deliver engaging workshops to promote risk management and compliance throughout the organisation.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Integrate innovative tools and practices to future-proof the audit and risk strategy.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in audit, risk, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal audit, enterprise risk management, or governance roles.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of identifying and mitigating risks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Knowledge of compliance protocols and industry best practices.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility for occasional travel.
