Inside Sales Specialist

This position is a fully on-site role, located at our Elgin Corporate Office. 

Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will collaborate with all levels of BOX management and cross-functional teams and will be utilized as a key contributor in developing and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Duties/Responsibilities:

• The Inside Sales Specialist supports new and existing BOX customers to grow and retain their business.
• Account Specialists engage customers remotely by phone, video, and digital communication to build and maintain relationships with key buying influencers to expand sales.
• A typical work week consists of both inbound and outbound customer engagement activities as well as working with internal teams to create a great customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with key buying influences Drive sales and margin growth through both inbound and outbound sales activities Drive customer retention through both proactive and reactive customer engagements Responsible for identifying and winning opportunities through funnel process leading to quota attainment.
• You will collaborate with a variety of internal teams to support the channel.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Prior management and prospecting experience
• Record of accomplishment of exceeding quota, activity metrics, KPIs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1-3 years of sales experience

Physical Requirements:

Work is in a typical office environment: sitting, standing, or walking, keyboarding, near visual acuity, speaking, hearing (in-person, video conferencing, phone), lifting less than 20 lbs.
