Source Atlantic is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Dartmouth, NS.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative include:

• Responding to inbound customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via email


• Preparing quotes, processing orders, sourcing product, and expediting


• Supporting outside sales team to meet and exceed needs of customers


• Providing excellent and quality customer service in person, over the phone and via email


• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Minimum of High School education


• Customer service or sales experience


• Industry knowledge is considered an asset 


• Computer literate, experience with Microsoft Office


• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail 


• Energetic, self-motivated, possessing a good work ethic
