Financial Integrator is looking for a Information Technology Support Specialist to join their team.


Information Technology Support Specialist role and support the business with onboarding new clients, help existing clients with their day to day payment operations as well as helping to drive the technical roadmap of the product.

Responsibilities:
  • Initial familiarisation of payment products.
  • Design, develop and build upon existing user guides.
  • Provide both internal and external training.
  • Test, isolate and feedback on bug issues.
  • Help develop/test/sign off new features/functionality.
  • Liaise with development teams.
  • Work with 3rd party providers.
  • Assist technically on the sales process.
  • Assist technically on implementation process.
  • Deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) to potential sales leads.
  • Provide 1st line technical support new and existing clients.
  • Support clients in their day-to-day operations.
Essential Requirements:
  • General interest in technology.
  • Ability to grasp various system integration capabilities.
  • Understanding of APIs.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Fluency in English essential - additional fluency in any other language would be an advantage.
