Human Resources Generalist-Employee Relations

As an HR Generalist at Regional West Health Services, you will provide human resources consultation, utilizing your knowledge of various human resources functions, including employee relations to provide tactical HR support to department leadership, staffing, recruitment, and training. You will consult with department leadership in the strategic planning and development of human resources strategies that support the department's business needs, acting as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a liaison between department executive, directors, managers, and performs tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs.
• Apply expertise in full range of Human Resources law, practices and policies to support organizational and department mission and business needs, communicate policies and procedures to employees.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree with a focus on human resource management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of human resources or employee relations experience preferred
• SPHR, PHR, or CHHR preferred
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
