Job Description:
Seeking an individual who is detail oriented and has great organizational skills, communication skills, and is self-motivated!
Job duties include but not limited to:
Answer telephone and respond to inquiries and take messages
Greet applicants, employees, visitors, etc., and determine the need in order to respond accordingly
Scan forms into employee files and other programs as needed
Create badges for employees, contractors, and students
Order office supplies as needed
Assist HR team with various projects
Position Requirements:
Education: GED or High School Diploma required. Associate Degree in HR, Business, or other related field preferred.
Experience: 1 year of related experience required.
